Best home-made "parmesan" cheese!
I initially made this "parmesan" cheese for a plant-based lasagna I was making that turned out delicious, but that's another post! There is only main ingredient: raw cashews nuts + spices. I modified a recipe from The Minimalist Baker to create it since I don't want to be using nutritional yeast. Ingredients: Raw Cashews, 1 Cup Sea Salt, 1.5 Teaspoons Oregano, 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder, 3 Teaspoons Basil, 1.5 Teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper, 1/2 Teaspoon
