I was so happy when I made the below recipe with my new ceramic (less toxic chemicals than other non-stick surfaces) waffle-maker yesterday. I love love love the texture of the waffles and the flavor (lacking some sweetness but I added none since we used maple syrup to it after). INGREDIENTS: FLAX EGG: 3 Tablespoons Flax Seeds (ground) 6 Tablespoons Filtered Water BATTER: 3 Cups Gluten-Free Oat Flour
1 & 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (add more milk if needed) 1/4 Cup Tahini
I knew it was a pancake day as soon as I woke up today. I haven't made any for AGES!
I've tried a lot of different gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free pancakes & many fall flat! But this one I really liked & the entire family enjoyed them! Few ingredients, add to blender (I used my Nutribullet) & just pour straight into the pan.

Maple Syrup (2 Tablespoons)
