I've been wanting to make a no-cook, raw energy ball that is healthy and can be eaten as a snack. I tried a few recipes online but wasn't really impressed until I came across Ella Mills (before getting married Woodward) recipe (I have and love her cook book 'Deliciously Ella') that contains only 5 ingredients: Raw Almonds, Medjool Dates, Raw Cacao Powd
