About The Cleanse Program
This cleanse help you remove the most common trouble-makers from your diet (soy, dairy, gluten, coffee, soda, alcohol, sugars, corn etc). It can also help you uncover hidden sensitivities for certain foods.

The Cleanse portion of the program is entirely organic and plant-based and contains several raw recipes. However, if you're really committed to eating animal products you have the option to do so.
There are three phases of this program: Phase 1 is Pre-Cleanse (2 days). It's during this phase that you get the shopping done and mentally prepare for the cleanse, Phase 2 is Cleanse (7 days), it's during this phase that the dietary changes start, and Phase 3 (5 days) is Reintroduction.

The cleanse program is free of soy, dairy, gluten, most meats, nightshades such as eggplant, bell peppers and tomatoes, dried fruits, oranges, strawberries, coffee, soda, alcohol, sugar, and corn. During the re-introduction phase, the participants can choose which foods (if any) to re-introduce.
