Unlike most health and wellness practitioners I don’t pretend to know the truth about what’s best for you and your body. Even the most high-profile doctors and scientists disagree about some of the most basic points of nutrition. For instance, eat meat, don’t eat meat, dairy, no dairy, cooked vs raw, grains no grains, the list goes on.
I’ve personally been on the raw food diet but settled with something in between that best fit my body. I’m trained to help guide you and navigate through all of this information to find the best solution for you and your body.
I will help you tune into your body’s wisdom which is super-important because YOUR BODY TALKS TO YOU in every given moment telling you what you need and if you are doing something wrong! We will use your body wisdom to decipher what is the ideal option for you.
During our time together, we will be rewiring and creating new pathways in your neurology so that you can make the changes you want while letting go of old patterns, habits, beliefs that have held you back in the past. This takes place through transformational coaching conversations that support your ability to follow through, overcome obstacles and turn good ideas into lifelong habits.
Most health coaches are all about plans and actions that require strict will power that feel forced and often lead to resorting to old habits. While that’s part of the program with me as well, the transformational coaching conversations will reduce the need for willpower and increase the likelihood that your new healthy habits feel natural, enjoyable and sustainable.
At the end of the program, you can be different without having to think about being different – how amazing is that!
Food and movement are only part of health coaching, but the work that we will do together will focus on all areas of your being: mind, body and soul.
Sleep, stress, hydration, movement, spirituality, life purpose, relationships, career etc since they are all connected. We will be looking at everything that makes up your life and observing the way it is now with the way you desire it to be.
By taking all aspects of your life into consideration, we will find the hidden obstacles, as well as hidden sources of power and inspiration that will support you to achieve your goals faster, and in a way that leaves you transformed. We are not looking for temporary successes or breakthroughs here but ACTUAL transformation so going forward it’s just the way you roll!
While I have a large toolbox of different tips and ideas, it’s not about me. We’ll put our hearts and minds together to create personalized action steps for you that will move you in the direction of your goal in the fastest possible way.
